One Time House Call Visit (For Non Members)

Ideal for conditions like strep throat, bronchitis, or stomach bugs, our services at Vital AZ cover rapid testing for strep, flu, COVID-19, urine, and RSV at no extra charge. Additionally, we offer follow-up support via text or phone 48 hours after your visit. Certain procedures like joint injections, trigger points, Toradol shots, sutures, or staples are available for an additional $40. Evaluations for each additional family member during the same visit are $125 each.

One Time Clinic Visit (For Non Members)

Visit our clinic for both urgent care and primary care needs. We provide follow-up support via text or phone 48 hours after your visit. Certain procedures like joint injections, trigger points, Toradol shots, sutures, or staples are available for an additional $50. Evaluations for each additional family member during the same visit are priced at $75 each.

Telemed Visit

We offer non-members the option to receive telemedicine consultations for medical issues that can be resolved over the phone, such as pink eye, rashes, UTIs, medication refills, and more. THE PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER MAY NOT BILL YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE FOR PRIMARY CARE SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THIS DIRECT PRIMARY CARE AGREEMENT.
